Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original Bullstrap packaging to ensure the leather remains protected during transit and affix the shipping label to the exterior.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
